Position Details:

• Outpatient Only: Focus on providing comprehensive care to patients in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Assess, diagnose, treat, manage, educate, and promote health for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs.
• Evidence-Based Medicine: Utilize evidence-based medicine and practice guidelines to deliver high-quality care.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records within 48 hours of each patient visit.
• Managed Care: Provide quality care in a managed care environment, focusing on prevention and outcomes.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
